The following terms carry the meanings set out below whenever they appear in this document, in our Privacy Policy, in any bonus terms, or in any other communication issued by ak 444. Understanding these definitions is essential to correctly interpreting your rights and obligations as a player on the ak 444 platform.

• Forfeit any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings held on the account
• Withhold the outstanding balance pending investigation
• Report the matter to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities

Intellectual Property

Account closure by the Player:

You may request closure of your ak 444 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard KYC checks are completed. Bonus funds and any balance subject to unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

Account closure by ak 444:
